Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at fiolkaboutique@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

Need something else? Simply return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
